The Snow Queen, by Hans Christian Andersen, has often been thought to have been based off the the Cailleach (call-ee-ack) of Celtic myth, a Celtic Crone Goddess refered to as "Old Woman Winter" or "The Queen of Winter". She is often referenced when there is "bad" or unpredictable weather, and therefore we have put together a warming tea in her honor to help sustain us through the colder and more unpredictable times.
